The retired NHL hockey player now currently resides in Highland Park, Dallas with his wife, two daughters, and son. Turco started for the University of Michigan’s hockey team for 4 years, in which he won two different national championships and was the named the MVP of the tournament for one of them. Marty was then drafted by the Dallas Stars as the 124th overall pick. He played with the Stars from 2000-10, setting numerous franchise records. After a year of playing overseas, and one year of playing with the Boston Bruins, Turco retired after a very successful NHL career.
